What are my shipping options? Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?

All domestic orders are shipped at no cost to you via Ground Delivery. This generally takes 3 to 4 business days from the time the order is processed.

You may also choose Overnight delivery or 2-Day delivery for $20.

Note: All orders placed prior to 12 PM Central Time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM, Pacific Time, will ship no later than the following business day.

All Canadian orders are shipped at no cost you via International Economy, which generally takes five to seven days.

Replacements or exchanges may require an extra 24-48 hours processing time.

When will my order ship?

When will I receive my order if I select Overnight Delivery on Thursday afternoon or Friday?

If you place an order after 12 PM Pacific Time on a Thursday and choose the Overnight option during checkout, your order will be shipped on Friday and arrive on Monday. If you place an order after 12 PM Central Time on a Friday, it will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

Can I cancel my order/change a delivery address? 

Contact customer service by clicking on the chat bubble on this page within 30 minutes of placing your order to cancel it or change the delivery address.

After 30 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible as your order will already have been sent to our fulfillment center. You will have to wait until the item is delivered and then return it for a full refund.

Can I add or remove items from an existing order?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy if you'd like to return any unwanted products once they've been delivered.

Where do these shipping policies apply?

These policies only apply within the United States.
