Return policy

Warranty:

Wireless Input Technologies Inc. offers a one-year limited warranty on all devices that were purchased new from instaviewsafe.com or an authorized re-seller from the date of purchase. Please contact Instaview support to obtain repair or replacement warranty services with your proof-of-purchase.

Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 30-day money back return policy for USA and Canada Orders where you may return your Instaview products purchased from Instaviewsafe.com within 30 days of purchase date. Returns initiated within the Standard Return Period shall be eligible for a full refund minus shipping and handling. Please contact Instaview support to submit a refund request.

All returns are normally processed within 7-10 business days. (NOTE: If you purchased your Instaview from a re-seller, you are subject to their return policy and we cannot accept any returns from them.)

Devices Purchased From an Authorized Third Party Dealer:

The return of a device purchased from an authorized third party shall be governed by the third-party’s return policy. We are not obligated to accept the return of any Device purchased from the third-party vendor.

International Orders:

All sales are final. We will not accept device returns, and we will not refund the purchase price. If your device is defective, the terms of our Limited Warranty will apply, but you will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges.
